Team Hackney now has a formal observer policy. Partnership Board Meetings are open to the general public - anyone who is not a formal member or who has not been asked to participate would be expected to observe; and would not be invited to speak. Partnership support should be notified at least a week in advance so appropriate seating arrangements can be made.
