Rathbone is a UK-wide voluntary youth sector organisation providing opportunities for young people to transform their life-circumstances by re-engaging with learning, discovering their ability to succeed and achieving progression to further education, training and employment.
Rathbone are currently running Creative Media courses in Music Production, Photography, Games Design and more. There work is focused on key target groups and programme:
Preparation for Life and Work:
Entry to Employment (e2e) in England, Skill Build in Wales and Get Ready for Work in Scotland for young people aged 16-19 who are not yet ready for work or further study.
The aim of e2e is to provide training and support to young people aged 16 to 19 who are not yet ready or able to access an apprenticeship programme. When you enrol on an e2e course we help you build up your skills and confidence so you can progress on to further education, training or employment.
Apprenticeships:

Rathbone Apprenticeships are available to young people aged 16 to 24 and include training for vocational qualifications, key skills awards and technical certificates. You can access them at two levels: Foundation Apprenticeships (Level 2) and Advanced Apprenticeships (Level 3). Key Skills are highly rated by employers and usually include communication, application of numbers and information skills. Depending on the industry, they can also include qualifications in First Aid or Health and Safety. We provide training through Apprenticeships in Retail Operations Level 2.
