The East London Business Alliance is composed of 120+ major City and Canary Wharf companies with a particular focus in East London.  The organisation began 17 years ago as City companies began to address deprived communities on their doorstep.  With the phenomenal growth of Canary Wharf and an increasing appetite for community involvement the alliance has witnessed significant growth.  Now, every year the alliance places 7,000 private sector volunteers supporting some 500 East End organisations and has built a reputation for delivering award winning programmes.

With the coming of the Olympics to East London, many new companies have joined ELBA's Legacy 2020 programme which aims tohelp East London capture the benefits of hosting the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. With the Games on the horizon, we are now gearing up to help the East End make the most of this opportunity.
