Director

Ian Lewis is Director of Partnership and he and his team are based in Hackney Council offices at 2 Hillman Street, London E8 1FB.  The support team is responsible for partnership support, strategic commissioning and communications.  Ian is also the lead officer for the Team Hackney Board, Board Champions, Performance, Intelligence and Equalities and the Culture Task Group.  Ian's PA is Leanne Joesph.

Partnerships

James Palmer is Head of Partnerships and lead officer for the Better Homes and Economic Development partnerships.  He leads a team of three partnership advisers: Atiya Munir, lead officer for Children and Young People, Francis Kaikumba, lead officer for Thriving Healthy and the Community Engagement Task Group, and Jason Davis, lead officer for Safer Cleaner.

Strategic Commissioning

Jane Woolley, Strategic Commissioning Manager, she leads the team. Jason Davis LAA Programme Manager,he manages a team of three which includes the Contract and Resources Manager, Nana Ofori-Koree, and two Programme Support Officers, Nathaniel Chin and Osaro Aiyeola.

Communications

Ruth Garland is the partnerships communications adviser, reporting to the Media and External Relations Manager for Hackney Council.  She is lead officer for the Communications Task Group.  Michelle Flood is Communications Support Officer.  Any external queries relating to Team Hackney should be referred to Ruth at ruth.garland@hackney.gov.uk.  Queries related specifically to the Team Hackney website should be referred to Michelle Flood at michelle.flood@hackney.gov.uk.
